Established in 2012, Prime is a fast-growing property management company dedicated to empowering leaseholders and making property management better.
The challenge
Keen to ensure that the organisation held on to its roots as it grew, and to set itself apart from other property management companies, their Director – Laura Jones – initially approached Culture Chameleon to work with them to discover and define their Values.
What we did
Purpose, Values and Vision
Including the full Prime team initially, we worked closely with a smaller group over three workshops to discover and define Prime’s company Values. We then supported the leadership team to uncover their Purpose and Vision statements.
Purpose, Values and Vision Launch
Having defined Prime’s culture code, we supported them to launch this to the wider Prime team, speeding them up with a branded slide deck, facilitator notes and team exercises. This ensured that Prime’s culture code was well received from the outset and can now be used to quickly onboard new Primemates (Prime team members) with the company’s Purpose, Values and Vision.
Beyond WOW workshops
Taking leaders, managers and Culture Ambassadors through our Beyond WOW workshop equipped them with the mindset and tools necessary to ensure Prime’s Purpose, Values and Vision continue to be weaved into everything they do as an organisation.
Culture Ambassador training
Our Culture Ambassador training supported Primemates with a particular interest in the company’s culture to champion the Purpose, Values and Vision with their peers.
Employee Experience and Engagement.
Prime now also benefits from a Purpose, Values and Vision-based onboarding and induction experience and regular culture-focused Power Hours.
